Why VaultOS

The tokenization moment needs a vault operating system.

By Q1 2026, tokenized assets passed USD 320B in market value (Pantera, State of Tokenization Q1 2026, incl. stablecoins). But 77.6% of that supply is wrapper-only — capital trapped in tokens that cannot compose with DeFi, TradFi, or each other.

Wrapper-builders today either rebuild that layer in-house or accept the vertical lock-in of off-the-shelf platforms. Neither scales.

Four convictions shape how we build VaultOS.

Sovereignty is non-negotiable

Capital deployed at institutional scale cannot live on infrastructure where the institution doesn't hold the upgrade keys. Sovereign EVM contracts are the default.

Composability is the institutional moat

The next decade of tokenized finance will be won by products that plug into the rest of the ecosystem from day one. Wrapper-only stacks are a dead end.

Compliance must be readable

Policy as engineering primitives is not a compliance interface. Our DSL is built for compliance teams to read, version, and approve.
