ECOSYSTEM DEPLOYMENT

Top-50 EVM Network: Native Vault Layer Deployment

Vault layer deployed natively · sovereign upgrade authority retained by the ecosystem foundation

Challenge

A leading L1 ecosystem foundation needed a native vault layer to support multi-strategy institutional capital. Off-the-shelf vault platforms were vertical-locked. Custom builds per protocol would fragment the ecosystem.

Solution

Deployed VaultOS as native vault infrastructure. Configured Layers 1–3 for the wrapper-builder pipeline. Integrated existing custody and oracle stack. Onboarded first wrapper-builders in parallel.

Outcome

Native vault layer live. First wrapper-builders deployed within the same quarter. Sovereign upgrade authority held by the foundation. Multi-vertical from day one.

Ecosystem-native vault infrastructure compresses time from "protocols want vaults" to "protocols ship vaults" — without forcing every protocol to build vault plumbing in-house.
WRAPPER INTEGRATION

Leading RWA Tokenization Platform: Compliance-Gated Multi-Wrapper

Multiple tokenized verticals under one operating system · per-jurisdiction policy enforcement

Challenge

A major RWA tokenization platform was building bespoke wrappers per asset class and per jurisdiction. Engineering and compliance overhead per wrapper was unsustainable.

Solution

Integrated VaultOS as the wrapper layer underneath. Per-Role Policy DSL handles jurisdictional gating and accreditation per wrapper without per-deal engineering.

Outcome

Wrapper engineering cost reduced to per-deal configuration. Compliance authored once in DSL, enforced across all wrappers. Multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.

Once the policy DSL exists, adding the next wrapper is a configuration exercise — not an engineering project.
CURATOR / YIELD AGGREGATION

Multi-Strategy Yield Syndication Deployment

Multi-source curated vault combining private credit, treasury yield, and DeFi strategies

Challenge

A curator wanted to launch a branded vault product combining yield from private credit, tokenized treasury products, and DeFi yield strategies. Existing vault platforms required vertical lock-in.

Solution

Deployed a curated wrapper on VaultOS with three yield adapters. Layer 5 Risk Management enforces per-source concentration limits. Layer 4 Accounting Engine attributes returns per yield source.

Outcome

Curated multi-source vault product live. Per-source attribution visible to LPs. Curator brand preserved end-to-end.

Curators do not need to choose one yield source. VaultOS's adapter framework lets them combine.
AGENT-ORCHESTRATION

Protofire Agent-Orchestration Architecture

Agent-orchestration architecture deployed for institutional asset operations

Challenge

An institutional asset operator needed an agent-orchestration architecture for active execution across multiple yield sources and chains, with strict policy controls.

Solution

Built agent-orchestration architecture leveraging VaultOS Layer 6 (Policy DSL) for action authorization, Layer 7 (Role & Access Control) for agent permissioning, and AI-Augmented Strategies bounded by policy.

Outcome

Agent-orchestration architecture operational. Every agent action policy-gated and on-chain attestable. Sovereign upgrade authority maintained by the operator.

AI and agent-based execution can live inside an institutional vault stack — provided policy is the boundary, not engineering trust.
YIELD SYNDICATION

Top-50 EVM Network: Yield Syndication Infrastructure

Yield syndication infrastructure for a major EVM ecosystem · ecosystem-aligned governance

Challenge

A top-50 EVM network needed a yield syndication layer to coordinate capital flows across multiple yield sources native to its ecosystem.

Solution

Delivered the yield syndication layer leveraging VaultOS modules and per-role policy DSL for ecosystem-level governance.

Outcome

Yield syndication infrastructure deployed. LP attribution and reporting on-chain. Ecosystem governance integrated end-to-end.

Yield syndication is a vault-OS-native pattern — combine sources, attribute returns, govern flows.
What These Deployments Share

Five patterns. One operating system.

  1. Sovereign deployment — every client owns the upgrade authority on their stack
  2. Multi-vertical support — every deployment combines at least two yield verticals or asset classes
  3. Compliance gating at the contract level — every deployment uses the policy DSL
  4. Incremental audit — every deployment scopes audit to the specific configuration
  5. Production in record time — every wrapper-style deployment ships in the VaultOS standard window
